Role Overview

• Cynosure Realty Limited  is seeking a results-driven, high-performing Experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our elite sales team.
• If you are a natural closer, a strategic hunter of premium leads, and someone who understands how to navigate the Abuja luxury property market, this role offers you the perfect canvas to scale your career and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients to build a robust, premium sales pipeline.
• Conduct professional physical and virtual tours of our property listings, clearly articulating value propositions and investment returns (ROI).
• Stay ahead of Abuja’s fast-evolving real estate trends and data to provide expert, advisory-level consultation to prospective buyers.
• Strategically negotiate pricing and terms of sale efficiently, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
• Leverage social media and professional platforms to showcase listings, generate inbound leads, and enhance Cynosure Realty’s market footprint.
• Provide detailed, structured weekly reports on lead generation status, client feedback, and market challenges to the management team.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline 
• Deep, practical knowledge of Abuja geography and current property valuations.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills, high creativity, and strong digital literacy.
• The self-discipline to work independently, manage your pipeline, and hunt for leads without constant supervision.

Salary
N200,000 monthly (fixed stipend N50,000, based on performance salary N150,000) + Commission on sales.
