MICO Dairy Nigeria Limited is a registered food production company in Nigeria that specializes in manufacturing dairy-based snacks, children's breakfast cereals, and confectionery products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: No. 6, Area 9, Olowotedo Village, opposite New Makun City, Obafemi-Owode L.G.A, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Implement company HR policies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, internal transfers, and exit procedures.
• Oversee payroll, coordinate performance appraisals, and manage staff training.
• Resolve employee and labor relations issues.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related Management fields.
• Age: 30 – 39 years.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR; factory or manufacturing background is highly preferred.
