Job Title: Security & Maintenance Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or HND in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in security supervision, facilities management, or property maintenance.
• Ability to supervise security personnel and enforce security procedures.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, visitor management, and incident reporting.
• Ability to identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs promptly.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to keep accurate security, maintenance, and inventory records.
