We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Ikeja / Alausa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Transportation & Fleet Management:Selecting reliable carriers, optimizing shipping routes, and negotiating freight rates to minimize transportation costs.
• Inventory & Warehouse Operations:Tracking stock levels, organizing warehouse layouts to ensure efficient picking/packing, and preventing overstocking or stockouts.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Relations:Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to maintain a smooth flow of materials.
• Data Analysis & Budgeting:Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like delivery accuracy and cost-per-mile, while managing the logistics budget.
• Team Leadership:Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse and logistics staff to meet productivity goals.
• Compliance & Risk Management:Ensuring all cross-border or local transport adheres to safety standards, customs regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
