They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days on site and 3 days remote)
Report to: Head, Business Development & Operations

Role Summary

• They are looking for result-driven Direct Sales Agents to expand our merchant network and drive customer acquisition.
• As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, driving sales of Paytro’s e-commerce solutions, and meeting set targets.
• You will work remotely but the preferred resident must be in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchants (retailers, SMEs, etc.) onto the Paytro platform.
• Promote Paytro’s e-commerce and payment services to potential customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and activation targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants to ensure retention.
• Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Participate in weekly virtual team meetings if the need arises
• Keep accurate records of sales activities using provided tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets).

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND or BSc Degree in any field is an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of proven sales or direct marketing experience (e-commerce, fintech)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic digital literacy (use of WhatsApp, email, Google Forms, etc.).
• Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented and resilient.

Salary
N130,000 / month plus commision.
