Job Title: Fulfillment Officer

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Fulfillment Officer is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, dispatched, tracked, and delivered on time to support customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Track deliveries and follow up to ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Inspect products and ensure proper packaging to maintain quality standards.
• Provide order status updates and escalate delivery-related issues when necessary.
• Maintain accountability for products and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• High level of accountability and integrity.
• The candidate must reside around Ojodu Berger axis.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
