Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and proactive Store Manager to support the daily operations of our store, ensure excellent customer service.
• The ideal candidate will oversee inventory, logistics, maintaining store standards, and driving sales to meet business targets.
• The is not your conventional walk-in as this is an online e-commerce brand.

Job Description

• Process all incoming orders and fulfill them on time.
• Analyze sales reports and strategies for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
• Work in hand with the Operations manager.
• Organize store layout and product displays.
• Monitor and control store expenses.
• Work with marketing to implement promotional strategies.
• Provide detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and work with the creative team to come up with contents that can influence sales.
• Use data to identify trends and come up with restocking analysis
• Identify best selling products and relate with creative strategist to come up with contents to further increase sale.

Requirements

• BSc / HND qualification
• Proven experience in retail, customer service, or store operations
• Proficiency in using Canva and MS office
• Good organizational, communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale software.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
