Job Descriptions

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately.
• Review and interpret prescriptions from doctors.
• Counsel patients on the proper use of medications.
• Explain possible side effects and drug interactions.
• Monitor patients’ medication therapy and response.
• Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records.
• Manage medication inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure proper storage of drugs and pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare or compound medications when necessary.
• Supervise pharmacy assistants or technicians.
