We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Update inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels and promptly report low stock or discrepancies.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Ensure inventory is handled safely to prevent damage or loss.
• Label and categorize inventory for easy identification and retrieval.
• Support warehouse housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
