Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Corporate Finance Manager will lead funding, treasury, investment and financial strategy initiatives that support organisational growth and value creation.
• The role is responsible for financial modelling, investment analysis, capital raising, financial planning, treasury operations and corporate finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate finance, treasury, and funding activities.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and strategic business analyses.
• Manage liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Evaluate investments, capital projects, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Support debt financing and capital-raising initiatives.
• Provide financial insights to executive leadership for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance, financial governance, and effective risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CFA qualification is required
• MBA is an added advantage.
• 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Management.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing or import-dependent industries is an advantage.
