About the Role
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership and direction to support the organization's long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- The role is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, overseeing financial planning and analysis, treasury management, corporate financing, risk management, governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification: CFA plus ACA or ACCA.
- Minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience.
- At least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.
- Strong experience in: Treasury Management, Corporate Finance, Debt & Equity Financing, Taxation, Financial Modelling, Governance & Risk Management, Financial Reporting
- Experience within manufacturing or other import-dependent sectors is desirable.
