Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Epe, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare accurate cost estimates, administer contracts, and ensure construction projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures.
• Measure and value completed works, variations, and final accounts.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and support contract negotiations.
• Prepare interim valuations and payment certificates.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and quantities.
• Prepare cost reports and provide financial updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and project cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
• NIQS membership or QSRBN registration is an added advantage.
• Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Epe are preferred.
• Applicants living within the Ajah, Epe, or Ibeju-Lekki axis will have an added advantage.

Benefits

• Salary starts from N300,000 / month net and above, depending on experience and competence.
