Premium Human Resources Solution - Our client, a Top Banking Institution in Kogi and Abuja is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent / Agent Field Officer

Locations: Wuse Zone 3, Gwagwalada, Wuse 2, Area 8, Area 11, Karu, and Mararaba - Abuja (FCT) and Lokoja - Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
  • Account Opening: Facilitate new account openings and ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are completed.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell the company's financial products, including POS terminals, digital banking applications, and savings products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to drive engagement and platform usage.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly customer acquisition and transaction targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.).
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of sales or marketing experience.
  • Age: Not more than 35 years.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N115,000 – N130,000 Monthly
