We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Loan Officer (Team Lead)

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Lead a team of loan officers.
• Oversee loan approvals and portfolio management.
• Develop strategies to improve loan performance.
• Mentor junior loan officers.
• Sales of Kreditek'sproducts.
• Follow up on all KYC documents required for onboarding suitable busineses.
• Ability to meet and surpass monthly targets.
• Exploring and targeting businesses in different sectors.
• Verification of business and home.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc Degree with 1-5 years experience.
• Good computer skills - MS Office and internet savvy.
• Has a good clientiele base and can hit the ground running.
• Previous experience in commercial or microfinance bank as a loan officer.
• Good experience in various SME financing sectors (Trade, Merchant and distributor financing etc).
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent experience with collateral loans.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
