We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Admin

Location: Nekede, Imo

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
• Documentation of New Hires: Induction, Offer letter, Postings, On boarding, Employment Number, file documentation, records, work tools, Pre employment medicals, ID cards, JD’s etc.
• Manage new employee confirmation process.
• Maintain and update employee records and database on HRIS: New hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, etc.
• Provide support on expatriate Documentations: Arrival and departure, Welfare includes, medicals, accommodation, transport arrangements and Leave management.
• Manage Expatriate Quota, Visa renewals, and Residential permit, CERPAC.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics as total number of hires by location, department, grade etc.
• Manage Outsourced staff and coordinate attendance and pay rolling.
• Manage employee Travel Requests including hotel bookings, transportation, and welfare.
• Employee Relations and leave management.
• Staff Welfare - Management Support, Medicals
• Schedule and coordinate management meetings and transcribe/ circulate minutes.
• Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles in admin such as cleaning, dispatch, and office assistant.
• Attendance and Biometrics management.
• Generate and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Guest House management and General Office Administration.
• Performs other duties as assign.
