Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary 

• A Sales Executive drives revenue by identifying prospects, pitching products, and closing deals.
• They are the primary link between the company and clients, tasked with understanding customer needs, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and annual financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
• Client Presentations: Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and packages to secure profitable deals.
• Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, client interactions, and deal stages using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address complaints, and generate repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new selling opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales and forecasting reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically 1–3 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though a high school diploma with relevant experience is frequently accepted.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
• Soft Skills: High adaptability, strong resilience, self-motivation, and excellent time management.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
