Job Title: Inventory / Cost Control Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• An Inventory / Cost Control Manager oversees stock levels, manages warehousing workflows, and optimizes financial expenses.
• Key tasks include inventory tracking,cost reduction, and data analysis.

Core Responsibilities

• Inventory Oversight: Maintain exact stock records, manage physical cycle counts, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Cost Management: Analyze carrying and procurement costs, reduce waste and shrinkage, and enforce budget targets.
• Supply Chain Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors, review product deliveries, and streamline warehouse operations.
• Reporting: Generate inventory valuation reports, track turnover ratios, and analyze variance metrics.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10-11 years experience.

Requirements and Skills:

• Technical Skills: Advanced spreadsheet proficiency (Excel) and enterprise software experience (ERP/WMS).
• Competencies: Strong analytical mind, meticulous attention to detail, and solid vendor negotiation abilities.
