Montego primarily refers to Montego Holdings, a prominent energy and natural resources group headquartered in Ikoyi, Lagos, or alternatively to Montego Pet Nutrition and the antibiotic medication Montego 100mg.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Treasury Accountant

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, maintaining strong banking relationships, and ensuring efficient treasury operations to support the financial objectives of our fast-paced oil and gas business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA).
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar treasury or finance role, with solid hands-on experience in treasury and bank management in oil and gas or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian banking systems and financial regulations.
• Knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Odoo, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting.
