We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cost Estimator

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for engineering, procurement, construction, pipeline, and facilities projects.
• This role plays a key part in developing winning bids by reviewing tender requirements, preparing cost breakdowns, obtaining vendor quotations, and ensuring timely submission of compliant bids that enhance the company's competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost estimation, project engineering, or construction within the oil & gas industry.
• Experience with pipeline, facilities, EPC, or construction projects.
• Experience preparing tender estimates and bid submissions.
• Familiarity with NIPEX, e-Tender, and other electronic procurement platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent cost estimating and project evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
