We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creche Supervisor

Location: Peter Odili, Port Harcourt - Rivers

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily running of the crèche, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, language development, motor skills, and social interaction.
• Ensure children's feeding, sleeping, hygiene, toileting, and comfort needs are met with care and professionalism.
• Monitor and record each child’s developmental milestones and wellbeing.
• Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and daily updates.
• Support smooth transitions for children moving into the next stage of learning.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and child observations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Nursing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience working with infants and toddlers in a reputable crèche, nursery, or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development from 6 months to 2 years.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
