Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team within the Security and Investigations industry.
• The Security Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of company assets, personnel, and property.
• This position requires a proactive individual who can manage and lead a team effectively while maintaining a high level of vigilance and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing security protocols, conducting regular security audits, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
• As a Security Supervisor, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with safety standards and support the continuous improvement of security measures.
• This role demands excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations and personnel.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to security incidents and emergencies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance and conduct.
• Maintain communication with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and legal guidelines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using security technology and surveillance systems.
