Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Summary

• Our client in the furniture manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, and internal controls.
• Drive cost management and profitability across operations.
• Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage audits, financial risks, and banking relationships.
• Lead and develop the finance team while supporting executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8–10 years' finance experience, including 4–5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Manufacturing or production industry experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, treasury, taxation, and ERP systems.
