Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Officer to develop compelling digital content and manage the organization's online presence across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategic thinking to create engaging content, grow online communities, strengthen brand visibility, and support integrated public relations and marketing campaigns through effective storytelling.
• This role is ideal for someone with experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management within a communications, public relations, or marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
• Create high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, captions, reels, and short-form content that supports brand storytelling and campaign objectives.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, community management, audience engagement, and timely responses to enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns that support public relations, influencer marketing, corporate communications, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, platform analytics, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Cover client events, campaigns, and activations by creating real-time content and post-event digital assets that maximize online visibility and audience impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, photography, videography, and basic graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, content planning, SEO basics, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
