Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Amwuo Odofin, Festac - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives
• Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
• Manage travel arrangements and logistics (where applicable)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
