Job Title: Customer Service (Front Desk) Representative

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide product/service information to customers as required
• Follow up on customer feedback to improve service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
• 1–2 years experience in a customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Must reside in or very close to Ojodu or its environs; Proximity to Ojodu is required.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
