Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Lagos

Description

• We are seeking to employ suitable candidates to fill the position of Project Architect
• If you are a thoughtful, organised, and technically capable architect looking to contribute to meaningful projects within a collaborative practice, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare design concepts, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Ensure projects meet quality, programme, budget, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Contribute to business development and uphold the firm's professional standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Must have 5-7 years' professional experience in architectural practice.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/D5 Render, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building regulations, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural design and project delivery, with the ability to take projects from concept development through to detailed design and construction.
• ARCON registration and/or NIA membership is an added advantage.
