Job Title: Quality Assurance Operations Support Personnel

Job Description

• The quality assurance operations support officer will support quality assurance and operational excellence by monitoring field execution, reviewing market visibility, analyzing operational data, and preparing reports that provide actionable business insights.
• The role also involves supporting staff training, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and identifying opportunities to improve field performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of field operations and monitor compliance with SOPs.
• Assess market visibility across assigned locations and prepare analytical reports with recommendations.
• Analyze operational and field performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Support the planning and delivery of training sessions for field teams on operational standards and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role (NYSC experience is acceptable).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Sheets is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in fintech, digital lending, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
