We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, coordinate, and supervise the construction of new buildings, warehouses, workshops, truck terminals, office complexes, apartment buildings, and other civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage construction projects from concept, design, approval, execution, commissioning, and final handover.
• Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to ensure compliance with engineering standards and company specifications.
• Prepare project scopes
• Bills of Quantities (BOOs), cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress of construction works.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• COREN registration or eligibility for registration is required.
• Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is an added advantage.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil in engineering, construction, or infrastructure management.
• Experience in real estate, industrial facilities, or commercial construction is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple construction and maintenance projects simultaneously.
