Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Ibese, Ogun
Job Summary
- The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, ventilation systems, and heating units
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system operation
- Diagnose faults and carry out corrective repairs on HVAC equipment
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests
- Coordinate with other maintenance teams and contractors when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/Trade test in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good understanding of safety standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
