Job Title: Area Marketing Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT), Anambra, Asaba - Delta, Ebonyi, Enugu and Ibadan - Oyo

Job Summary

• The Area Marketing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day execution of field marketing activities within an assigned territory, ensuring promotional campaigns, product activations, merchandising initiatives, salon engagements, and retail activities are executed efficiently while maintaining Lush Hair's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily marketing activations across assigned locations
• Coordinate field teams during promotional campaigns
• Ensure efficient utilization of promotional materials and activation resources
• Monitor expenses to maximize return on investment
• Track usage of marketing assets and report shortages/replenishment needs
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field reports
• Monitor campaign performance indicators and escalate operational challenges promptly

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing / activations
• Proven experience supervising a field team (promoters, activation staff)
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Willingness to work within the assigned territory.
