We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate MUST have adequate and reasonable years of experience in hospitality management and most importantly departmental operation.
The ideal person shall:
- Support and work with all heads if department in all aspects of running the hotel.
- Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth for smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure the implementation of SOP in all departments and checks the same during routine checks.
- Coordinate regular operations team meeting with all head of department.
- Responsible for all aspects of department, identify staff training needs and regular training of staff.
- Monitor and maintain operational and overhead cost.
- Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel Monitor purchases and request of all departments randomly inspect the store ,kitchen etc for compliance with laydown rules.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
