Job Title: Lead, Mid Corporate Propositions & Brokers Engagements

Job Objective
- The Proposition Manager will drive the development, refinement, and implementation of market-aligned insurance propositions to support the Commercial Sales diversification and growth strategy.
- The role will bridge product innovation and sales execution, ensuring propositions are customer-centric, sales-friendly, and aligned with market needs.
- The role will also co-ordinate Brokers Engagements.
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s Degree or professional certifications are a plus).
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or a related role in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in designing and launching customer-focused insurance products.
- Strong understanding of insurance markets, distribution channels, and customer segments.
