Job Title: Creative Communications Associate

Job Description

• The Creative Communications Associate will support the Digital Communications team in creating engaging visual, multimedia, and digital content that enhances the organization's internal and external communication efforts.
• The role provides practical experience in corporate communications while contributing to employee engagement, culture-building, leadership communications, employer branding, and strategic communication initiatives through compelling storytelling and creative content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual and multimedia content for digital and print communication.
• Design graphics for social media, presentations, newsletters, reports, and campaigns.
• Produce and edit videos, photography, and motion graphics.
• Support employee engagement, leadership communications, and branding initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across communication channels.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver creative communication projects.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enabled tools to develop high-quality content.
• Manage digital creative assets and support event coverage through photography and videography.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital communications, multimedia production, or content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enabled creative tools.
• Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, visual storytelling, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, creativity, organization, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to emerging creative technologies.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
