• We are seeking an exceptional Client Service Executive to join our upscale Regenerative and Lifestyle Medicine Centre. This role is ideal for a polished, intelligent, and service-oriented individual who is passionate about creating outstanding client experiences.

Requirements

• The successful candidate will welcome and register patients, manage appointments, maintain accurate patient records, respond to enquiries, coordinate front office activities, and ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, warm, and professional experience.
• The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline, excellent spoken and written English, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational ability, a high level of professionalism, and impeccable personal presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn digital systems quickly are essential.
