Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join a leading company specializing in Epoxy and Polyurethane (PU) Flooring Solutions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating quality leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business growth within the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's flooring solutions.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital and offline marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and project consultants.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, website content, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Support the sales team with promotional activities and marketing presentations.
• Track marketing performance and prepare periodic reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or industrial products.
• Strong digital marketing, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within Lagos when required.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
