Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking smart, driven, and result-oriented Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to join their growing sales team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving the institution's business growth within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers to promote and sell the institution's financial products and services.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Qualification: OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
• Age: Not more than 35 years old.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience working with a financial institution. Candidates who are smart, intelligent, and have some sales experience may also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: N125,000 monthly (Net).
• HMO (Health Maintenance Organisation).
• Pension.
• Leave Allowance.
• 13th Month Salary.
