Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and creative Smoothie / Juice Maker to join our fast-food team in Gwarinpa, Abuja.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in beverage preparation, knowledge of fruit combinations, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy food service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh fruit juices, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Wash, cut, blend, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for daily operations.
- Create different smoothie and juice combinations based on customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain blenders, juicers, and beverage preparation equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area and equipment.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform management when supplies need replenishment.
- Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Provide friendly service and assist customers with beverage recommendations.
- Support the overall cleanliness and smooth operation of the fast-food outlet.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Smoothie Maker, Juice Maker, Beverage Attendant, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of fruit preparation, juice extraction, and smoothie production.
- Ability to create appealing and healthy beverage combinations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to operate commercial blenders and juicing equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and available for immediate employment.
