We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Purchasing: Source and identify reliable vendors for medical, non-medical, and consumable supplies.Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best terms for quality, price, and delivery.Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with approved requisitions.
• Vendor Management: Maintain and update the vendor database.Evaluate vendor performance on quality, pricing, delivery time, and after-sales service.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Procurement Process & Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy and approval limits.Ensure proper documentation: RFQs, quotations, POs, GRNs, invoices.Liaise with Finance for timely payment processing to vendors.
• Inventory & Demand Management: Work with store and user departments to forecast demand and avoid stock-outs.Monitor stock levels of fast-moving items and initiate replenishment.Ensure value for money and prevent wastage/duplication of purchases.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports: savings, spend analysis, vendor performance.Track delivery schedules and escalate delays to avoid disruption of services.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years experience.
