Job Title: Assistant Baker (Bread and Pastries)
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Assistant Baker supports the Head Baker in preparing, baking, and packaging bread, pastries, and other baked products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients, doughs, and batters according to recipes.
- Support the baking of bread, pastries, and other bakery products.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and bakery equipment.
- Package, label, and arrange finished products for display or delivery.
- Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages.
- Maintain proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing bakery supplies.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Head Baker and Supervisor.
