Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with company recipes, food safety standards, and customer expectations.
• The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining cleanliness and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is properly seasoned, cooked, and presented.
• Prepare ingredients before cooking, including washing, cutting, and marinating.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor food quality and ensure only fresh ingredients are used.
• Store food items properly to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations after use.
• Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
• Report low stock levels or expired ingredients to the supervisor.
• Assist with menu preparation and food production planning when required.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 3 years experience. 

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
