We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Class Facilitator (Special Needs)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Work Schedule: 3 days per week

Description

• Are you passionate about supporting children with special needs and helping them thrive? We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate Class Facilitator (Special Needs) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and development for children with special needs
• Support the implementation of individualized learning plans (ILPs)
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals to monitor and report on progress
• Participate in assigned home sessions as required

Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with special needs
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal/communication skills
• A background in Education, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in special needs support is a plus.

Compensation

• Monthly salary: N70,000
• Additional allowances for home sessions
