Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced MIS Officer to manage and optimize the organization's Management Information System (MIS).
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and generating accurate reports from multiple data sources, creating automated reporting formats, and providing timely insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Develop and maintain report formats, dashboards, and automated reporting tools.
• Extract, analyze, and validate data from various systems and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
• Create customized reports based on business requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and present actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to gather reporting requirements and improve reporting processes.
• Maintain documentation of reporting procedures and data sources.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Reporting role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Experience using SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
