Job Description

• MRT Net Solutions Limited is seeking a technology-inclined Project Delivery Officer to support the configuration, testing, implementation and successful delivery of its technology products.
• The officer will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation and train frontline and operational users.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and implementation of MRT’s products.
• Assist with gathering and documenting client requirements.
• Test configured products before deployment or client presentation.
• Identify, document and report system issues for resolution.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and follow-ups.
• Maintain project records, configuration documents and implementation reports.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials and project documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and end-user training.
• Train frontline, operational and intern-level users.
• Conduct end-user training independently when the senior officer is unavailable.
• Support users during onboarding, deployment and post-implementation stages.
• Communicate technical issues and client feedback to the Development team.
• Track outstanding project actions and provide progress reports.
• Ensure that completed projects meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• One to three years’ experience in project delivery, software implementation, product support, training or a related role.
• Ability to learn, configure and support technology products.
• Good understanding of software testing and issue documentation.
• Strong project-coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to train users and explain technical information clearly.
• Strong written communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work closely with technical teams and clients.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
