We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Manager, South East

Location: Benin City, Edo (covering Enugu, Imo, Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi and other South East states)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Operations / National Sales Manager

About the Role

• We're looking for a Regional Manager to lead CourierPlus operations across our South East cluster, based in Benin City and covering Enugu, Imo, Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi and surrounding states.
• You'll drive business growth, oversee branch performance and ensure consistent, reliable service across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, operations and customer service across all South East cluster branches
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market share
• Manage and mentor branch managers and sales teams within the cluster
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs and key accounts
• Monitor branch performance against targets and report insights to leadership
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues promptly
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients across the region
• Ensure branches operate efficiently and in line with company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 5-8 years' experience in sales or operations management, with logistics experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing multiple locations or a sales team
• Strong knowledge of the South East business landscape and logistics industry
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to travel across cluster locations as required (Benin City base, with regular travel into the South East)
