Dajo is an integrated energy company with business operations across the O&G ecosystem, mainly in the upstream and midstream sectors. Dajo’s core activities include EPCI services, Vessel Operations and Gas commercialisation. We are currently pursuing a growth strategy aimed at doubling our activities via strategic partnerships, acquiring new marine assets and identifying and securing new EPCI projects.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: EPCI Project Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Engagement Type: Contract

Job Summary

• The EPCI Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful execution and delivery of assigned EPCI projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, budgets, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned EPCI projects.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls activities.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while effectively managing project changes.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor project performance and provide timely reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant EPCI project management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, contract management, project scheduling, and risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
