Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory movement, order picking, loading, and dispatch activities.
- The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with company standards, and the effective utilization of manpower while maintaining high safety and productivity levels.

- Optimize manpower utilization and warehouse resources.

Other Job Functions
Warehouse Operations:
- Supervise inbound receiving, storage, picking, loading, and outbound dispatch activities.
- Monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and equipment.
- Support effective inventory movement and stock rotation.
Team Supervision:
- Allocate daily tasks and manpower based on operational priorities.
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and discipline.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to warehouse personnel.
- Foster teamwork and maintain high employee engagement.
Operational Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor compliance with FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and operational documentation.
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements.
Safety & Housekeeping:
- Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping using 5S principles.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of products.
- Report and investigate safety incidents where required.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate daily activities with Inventory, Logistics, Quality Control, and Transport teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Escalate operational issues promptly and recommend corrective actions.
- Support effective communication across warehouse functions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support warehouse automation and digital transformation projects where applicable.
- Recommend best practices to enhance operational performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- Experience supervising warehouse teams in an FMCG environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and distribution operations.
