• Our client is seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues where necessary.
• Support basic administrative and customer service operations.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care, sales, or an administrative role.
• Must reside around Marina CMS, Lagos Island (e.g., Obalende, CMS, Ebute Metta, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.

Salary
N90,000 monthly.
