Job Title: Fintech Product / App Manager

Job Summary

• Are you passionate about building digital financial products that transform customer experiences? We're looking for an experienced Product/App Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our digital banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for our E-Banking App and Card Dispensing Solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable product features
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Drive product enhancements, customer experience, and digital adoption
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer insights
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, CBN Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and industry best practices
• Manage product releases, testing, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within Banking or FinTech
• Proven experience managing an E-Banking/Mobile Banking application
• Hands-on experience with Card Issuing, Card Dispensing, ATM, or Payment Card Solutions
• Strong understanding of digital banking, payment systems, and financial technology
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable
• A track record of delivering high-impact digital banking products
• Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, switching, and card management platforms
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Salary
N1,500,000 Monthly
