Job Summary

• We are looking for two skilled and professional Spa Therapists to join our wellness team in Magodo.
• The ideal candidates will be experienced in delivering high-quality spa treatments, maintaining exceptional hygiene standards, and ensuring every client enjoys a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including body massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies.
• Assess clients' needs, preferences, and any health concerns before treatment, and recommend appropriate spa services.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment, tools, and products are clean, sanitized, and ready for use.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client confidentiality at all times.
• Create a calm, relaxing, and welcoming environment for clients throughout their spa experience.
• Recommend suitable skincare and wellness products to support clients' treatment goals.
• Monitor clients' comfort and well-being during treatments and respond appropriately to their needs.
• Adhere to all salon/spa policies and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of ND or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist in a spa, salon, or wellness centre.
• Proficiency in body massages, facials, and other spa treatments.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and professional spa practices.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have no history of workplace accidents or safety-related incidents.
