Job Title: Technical Engineering Representative

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• We are seeking a hands-on Technical Engineering Representative to serve as the technical link between the company and its clients.
• The role combines field engineering support with client-facing technical sales — installing, troubleshooting, and optimizing chemical dosing/application systems while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and servicing of cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and water treatment equipment at client facilities
• Conduct product trials, dosing calibration, and performance audits for clients in food & beverage, hospitality, and agro-processing industries
• Train client staff on correct product usage, equipment operation, and safety practices
• Act as first point of technical contact for client queries and troubleshooting requests
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts based on technical assessments
• Prepare technical reports, site visit summaries, and maintenance logs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant Engineering field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical sales, field service, or applications engineering role — preferably in chemicals, water treatment, or industrial cleaning/sanitation
• Working knowledge of dosing systems, conveyor lubrication equipment, or CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems is a strong advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a field/plant environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
